What is UNFILED?
A private place to capture a thought in seconds, in your own words, before it disappears. The system helps you understand and find what you captured later, without ever rewriting what you said.
Does UNFILED change what I write?
No. Your original capture is preserved as source truth. Anything the system notices, such as a title or a recurring theme, is layered on top and always shown separately from your words.
Can I get my captures out?
Yes. Export is treated as a core part of the product, not an afterthought. Your captures are meant to remain yours in a plain, readable form.
When does it launch?
UNFILED is launching in open beta. Join the list and we will email you as access becomes available.
Is my data private?
Yes. UNFILED is private by default, with no public profiles or public sharing in this build.
