What we collect

Only what the form asks for and what the submission itself proves:

• Your email address, lowercased so we can tell duplicates apart from new signups.
• The wording of the consent you agreed to, its version, and the time you agreed.
• Which page the signup came from, recorded as a short label.
• The time the record was created and last updated.

What we deliberately do not collect

The endpoint sees more than it keeps, and it keeps almost none of it:

• No name, no company, no location, no device or browser details.
• Your network address is never stored. It is turned into a keyed one way value used only to slow down bulk submissions, and that value is deleted automatically after a short window.
• No advertising identifiers, no third party analytics, no tracking pixels, no session cookies.

Why we collect it

To email you as open beta access becomes available, and to be able to show what you agreed to if you ever ask. That is the whole purpose. We do not profile you and we do not build an audience from this list.

Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent, trade or publish the waitlist, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own use. Two kinds of infrastructure company necessarily handle it on our behalf: the platform that hosts this site, and the provider that hosts the database the list is stored in. They process it only to run the site and store the list, under contract, and for nothing else. When we choose a service to send the launch email, that provider will handle it too, and this page will say so before a single message goes out.

How long we keep it

We keep your address while open beta access is being offered. If you ask to be removed, we mark your record as removed and stop sending to it, but we keep the address and the consent history rather than deleting them. Two honest reasons: the stored address is what stops a later import from adding you back by mistake, and the consent record is the evidence of what you agreed to and when you withdrew it. If you would rather we erase the record outright, say so when you write to us and we will do that instead.

Removing yourself

Email us and ask. Use the address you signed up with if you can, so we can find the right record. We will mark it removed and confirm. You do not need an account and you do not need to explain why. If you later sign up again from the form and tick the consent box, that counts as fresh permission and your address becomes active again.
